Our policies, in partnership with Rush Insurance Services, have been tailored to provide you with a choice of cover levels, as well as Covid Cover being included in all policies as standard.
You can choose from two levels of cover(gold or silver) and select either Single Trip insurance for one off trips, or Annual Multi-Trip insurance which will protect all your travel arrangements made for the year ahead, with no restriction on the number of trips you have planned. Or maybe take advantage of our dedicated Cruise Insurance Policy.
No matter which you choose, all our policies can give you complete peace of mind – with high levels of cover, designed to meet your needs for such things as, cancellation, emergency medical expenses and loss of personal possessions.
You can tailor your policy to suit your travel arrangements and add any extra cover you might need. We have a wide range of sports and activities covered as standard, but we also have the option to upgrade the Activity Pack to cover a wide variety of Winter sports and other more adventurous activities.

What is included with our Covid-19 Cover?
All of our policies still provide cover for Covid-19 so you can book with confidence, knowing you are protected against the unexpected.
Trip Cancellation - Cover if you or a travelling companion becomes ill or injured or develops a medical condition disabling enough to make you cancel your trip (including being diagnosed with an epidemic or pandemic disease such as COVID-19).
Emergency Medical - Cover if whilst on your trip abroad, you have a sudden, unexpected illness, injury or medical condition that could cause serious harm if it is not treated before your return home (including being diagnosed with an epidemic or pandemic disease such as COVID-19)
Please Remember: There is no cover on any of our policies if you travel against government or other regulatory authority (i.e., FCDO) or medical advice.
Cruise Cover
We are thrilled to now offer a dedicated Cruise specific policy.
The policy covers everything our standard policies cover but with the following added cruise specific benefits:
Missed Port of Call - Cover if your cruise misses a scheduled port of call in your itinerary
Low/High Water - Cover if your river cruise is interupted due to insufficient or excessive water levels
Cabin Confinement - Cover if you are taken poorly on your cruise and the Doctor on board advises you not to leave your cabin
Missed Shore Excursions - Cover to reimburse any excursions you have pre-paid but cannot go on due to medical reasons or the cruise not stopping at that port
Denied Boarding - Cover for meals, communication expenses and local public transportation, if you are denied boarding based on a suspicion that you have a contagious medical condition (including being diagnosed with an epidemic or pandemic disease such as COVID-19).

Packages that include a flight element are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. The ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services.
