  • How do I book a flight/hotel/holiday package?

    • There are 3 tabs near the top of our website homepage: Flights?Hotels, City Breaks and Package Holidays. You decide which holiday type takes your fancy and then select your nearest or preferred airport. Do the same with Destination and dates tabs, number of passengers and click submit. Thats it. All the choices you could ever wish for are presented in a scrollable list that you can re-order by price, ratings etc.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept all major credit/debit cards. Be aware that we use the most sophisticated anti-fraud technologies to protect our customers personal and financial information. 

  • Can I modify or cancel my booking?

  • How do I check my booking status or get my confirmation?

    • Click the 'My Booking' button at the top of the website. Enter your reference and you'll be sorted in no time.

  • Do I need travel insurance?

    • Travel insurance is vitally important in this every uncertain world in which we find ourselves. We have a specialist insurance provide whom we can recommend. Just ask.

  • What is the refund policy?

    • Our refund Policy is available here.

  • Are there any hidden fees or taxes?

    • Total fees are shown with a complete breakdown of taxes and any additional extras you have selected at checkout. 

  • Do you offer customer support? How can I contact you?

  • What are your COVID-19 policies and guidelines?

    • Since the pandemic, customers frequently ask about COVID-19-related policies, including cancellations, travel restrictions, or health guidelines. Our full Booking Terms are available here

  • Can I request special accommodations, such as wheelchair access or dietary preferences?

    • Please contact us if you require wheelchair access or have specific dietary requirements.

  • What are the baggage policies for my flight?

  • Baggage allowances differ between airlines. When you select a holiday, you will see clearly displayed who you will be flying with and what baggage allowance you have included in your booking.

Total peace of mind

Packages that include a flight element are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. The ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
