You must ensure that you securely pack and label your returns to the following address, complying with our Returns policy as defined below. Enjoy.co.uk will not accept any returned goods should they not follow this procedure.

If you decide to return a product to us for any reason, you must do so within 7 days of receiving the product, and notify us of the decision by means of the contact page. Please quote your order number and any other relevant reference numbers. You should clearly display the order number on the package you are returning to us, and it must be returned within 30 days. The package must be returned in its original packaging, and in an unused condition. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them at
Enjoy.co.uk. Any postage fees are your responsibility, and the original postage charge for the goods will not be refunded.


A refund for the cost of the products, or a replacement of the products, will be issued to you once we have received and checked the goods to ensure they have not been used. Due to the nature of Enjoy.co.uk
we use particular scrutiny in this aspect of our returns policy. If there is a discrepancy over the returned goods, we will contact you within 7 days of receiving them to discuss this.


If you are returning the goods due to a fault, defect or an error in the order (e.g. the wrong items were sent to you), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund postage charges to you. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to us before we can issue the refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to inform of the return. You have 30 days after receiving the order to return the goods to us, though they must still comply with our acceptance procedure above.


In cases where the rejection is made after 7 days, you are entitled to an exchange or credit note only. Goods must be returned to us at
Enjoy.co.uk before the exchange or credit note can be used. You may return an order for an exchange/credit note up to 30 days after receipt of the items. After this 30 day period, the order may not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods should be returned as described as above: unused and in their original condition.

 


Cancellations


Please be aware you can only cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this service.


Cancellations are only accepted if you comply with the following cancellation procedure before the order is dispatched to you. If your order has been dispatched prior to cancellation, then in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, it is still possible to cancel your order as described in the returns procedure above. If the procedure is not respected, your order will still be considered valid and you will remain liable for full payment.

cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by you or any other party.


Customers outside the UK can only pay by international credit card or paypal; for further information, please contact us. All other terms and conditions will apply.


These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with all United Kingdom and Great British laws.


If you have made a mistake with your order and it needs to be altered, please contact us and we will do all that we can to rectify the situation.
